Go to TOOLS and Select: Add a new e-mail account, or View or change existing e-mail accounts.

Select the account you want to change, or click Add... to add a new one.

The screen should look as below. Enter your equivilent details.

Then click the More Settings... button. The screen below will appear. Enter the relevent details for your account:

Click the Outgoing Server tab at the top, and enter the details below. The OUTGOING SMTP SERVER PASSWORD will have been emailed or sent to you by text message. Contact us if you dont have it.

Then click the Advanced tab and enter the outgoing PORT NUMBER on the Outgoing server (SMTP) field:

Click OK to save and you should now be ready.

Still got problems? Please make sure you can access the internet OK (e.g. try a search on www.google.com) and if you stil cannot send and receive email, please write down the exact error and contact us.
